Mr. Tai is the manager of a rice mill in Laos，the company run 4 rice mills, which has the largest rice production base.
People rely on food. Although the new crown epidemic has not been completely eliminated, the demand for rice is increasing.
Due to the instability of the epidemic and the uncertainty of workers' working hours, the scheduled orders cannot be delivered on time,
so mechanized production has become particularly important.Mr. Tai urgently needs a new rice packaging machine to increase production,
and the delivery time of the new machine needs to be as short as possible.
Firstly: Detailed Requirements
-feeding machine (Weighting/packing) (Double weighing cell)
- Sewing machine (Double thread) with small conveyor
- Option 1 : 2 tons silo on top
- Option 2 : Thermal sealing with conveyor
- Option 3 : Vacuum sealer.
Taking into account that the packaging bags are made of plastic bags and woven bags,
we are equipped with two types of sealing machines: heat sealing machine and sewing machine.

Second: Order and Manufacturing
Mr. Tai and his technical team analyzed and compared the videos and cases provided by Zhengzhou KaiYu Packaging Equipment Co.,Ltd,
and finally decided to order two set of 1-10kg packing sealing sewing machine as a sample from Zhengzhou KaiYu Packaging Equipment Co.,Ltd.
They believe that the KaiYu pack machine is more competitive price than the same powder filling machine in Germany and Europe, and that many
customers in Europe have praised of brand of kaiyu pack.
Mr Tai placed an order with Kaiyu Packaging through Alibaba on July 15, 2021.
Taking into account the production situation of Mr. Tai’s company, the kaiyu pack sales team negotiated with the production department and decided
to arrange this order as an urgent order. It only took two weeks to complete this order. Mr. Tai is very grateful for the support provided by the KaiYu pack team.
Third: Delivery
As Mr. Tai said, after completing this order, he thought it would not be the last deal between them. To provide customers with
